Having worked in the industry for two years while keeping one eye open for an opportunity to kick start my entrepreneurial career I started Dingle Electric Bike Experience in 2017 which has been very successful followed by James Long’s Gastro Pub in 2019 on Dingle pier serving fabulous food and drink with spectacular views of Dingle Harbour.
